Step 1- SDOC.org
Step 2- Choose the I am...
              A Volunteer
Step 3- Scroll down to Background check- Click on BIB
              Follow the directions. The cost is $21.95 and it is valid                                                                                                for 2 years
It takes approximately 10 days for results.
